Eli Lilly K100 building
This project consisted of the selective demolition of the first and second floors of Eli Lilly’s K100 building. This building was a testing/manufacturing facility for medications. The work included a complete gut out of these structures except for highly important electrical and telecommunication lines and rooms that fed other areas of the campus. The lines had to be marked and worked around to ensure that they did not get cut. Equipment that was removed included non-essential electric conduits, water lines, drainage lines, two elevator shafts/cars, one stair shaft, motors, platform crane, stainless steel tanks, and stainless steel mezzanines.
